Marketing Coordinator

ABD Creative is hiring a part-time Marketing Coordinator to build community on Instagram. Join our team of hospitality marketers obsessed with driving results for our hotel and restaurant clients in the areas of social media, email marketing, and content creation.


Marketing Coordinator responsibilities

  • Support the efforts of our Creative Director and Marketing Manager

  • Complete thorough, daily social media engagement checklist for a variety of clients

  • Engage with social media brand partners

  • Organize, coordinate, and assist in administrative tasks

Marketing Coordinator qualifications

  • Driven, self-starter who can work independently

  • Advanced Instagram user, ability to find/save trending sounds/templates, post to Stories

  • Ability to turn existing content into carousels and reels

  • Ability to carry out brand guides/standards on social media Stories, Facebook events, and in feed

  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong grasp of the English language, including the ability to write witty captions

  • Willingness to spend 2-3 hours/day on social media across a variety of accounts and platforms

  • Ability to dive into destinations and partners, and share content on Stories, externally

  • Ability to spot and share trends, memes, and trending audio, internally

  • Ability to build event calendar listings, both internal and external

  • High-level of organization and attention to detail, willingness to lend a hand

  • Marketing, English, or design degree preferred, but not required

  • Genuine interest in travel, hotels, marketing, and social media

  • Eye for photography, video, and design skills a plus

  • Ability to meet in person for content shoots in Bend, Oregon

10 hours per week to start. Compensation based on experience.
